This naira is truly losing serious value or the tax reprieve for road contract is inflated in his favour.

Does anybody have practical knowledge on the longevity of concrete paved roads vis-à-vis heavy duty haulage vehicles?

Dangote should not be the only concrete paved road contractor, Larfarge and Bua should also key into these projects to create competition, since they have the cements at their disposal.
