Something has to be done, if I were a lawmaker, I would rather lose my seat than see that happen.

Please read the article well before soreading lies.

In the bills there was no mention of the basins or the 30% is for oil exploration( to find more oil) in any basins in Nigeria.

The passed bill did not give a specific definition of the frontier basin — but stated that the definition and scope will be issued by the Commission — the Nigerian Upstream Regulatory Commission.

Frontier exploration is the process of exploring hydrocarbons (the exploration of crude oil, natural gas, coal, and other energy sources) in the inland basins.

The inland basins consist of the Anambra basin, the lower, middle, and upper Benue trough, the southeastern sector of the Chad basin, the mid-Niger (Bida) basin, and the Sokoto basin.

1. Every community in the niger delta has about 3% of profit from the oil revenue.
2. There is also fund for cleaning which will also create jobs for tge local communities.

Niger delta has 13% of oil revenue, has nddc, what development has all these brought to the region.
