Osita Akhigbe has just succeeded in scamming me of 8k in a bid to offer my freelance account review. I sent him the agreed money and he blocked me. His phone number is 07061444857

See his account details:

I doubt if that identity is real. Osita (Ibo) while Akhigbe (Edo)
I doubt too. A quick check on truecaller, the aforementioned phone number has a different name. But then, the name Osita Akhigbe is the bank name. How could the person have opened a bank account with a fake name? Or are we missing something here

Some banks allows you to create a new bank account in a minute. All you need is phone number. You don't even need bvn. Those are the banks the boy uses.

OP

Are you a learner, how can someone have a first name as Osita and a surname as Akhigbe, that one alone should put your antennae on red alert for danger

Just like all those apprentice scammers who call people's phones pretending to be bank officials, aside from their bad English, what gives them away is that they start by saying "I am Mr this"......

No bank official will attach an epithet to their names when they call you on phone....... nairalanders hope I've given you a little expo today. You can thank me later
