Lmao.... The way Nicole Kidman churns out project after project every year needs to be studied. I'm hearing she has 4 projects releasing this year alone. Her dedication to the craft is mind-blowing. Works everywhere. Both streaming TV shows and movies. From Amazon to Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO, WB, etc... She's ultra prolific. The Nicolas Cage of the female world. 😂

Gidah: Aswear, as surprising as it is to me, it's the show I have actually enjoyed watching in awhile. Have The Bear, Succession 4, The Decameron and Terminator Zero on my phone. Just downloaded Slow horses and Only murders in the building hasn't really started on a high in its 4th season. |

Achilles100: Lol, not really. I'm only just comparing her prolific rate with that of Nicolas Cage cos hardly anyone tops that man's work rate asides Bruce Willis. And Nicolas Cage has actually done some quality work recently despite the sloppy direct to TV movies he's mostly been in the last decade. I like Nicole Kidman actually. Queen woo episodes 1 to 4 (part 1) is a solid 9/10 for me Koreans are slowly taking over when it comes to making good series even with their low budgets as compared to Hollywood. This is one of the best series i have enjoyed watching this year and if you think the game of thrones, house of cards have dark political plots then wait till you watch queen woo. This is the series with the darkest political plots i have seen in a long time. From family to allies to friends to enemies, everyone is planning one thing or the other. Storyline 10/10 Sex and nudity 8/10 Dialogues 8/10 Thrill 10/10 Action 8/10 I can't wait for the episodes 5 to 8 to be released later this month. For real guys, South koreans are taking over.

The Lady in The Lake......8/10 Top quality mystery thriller with a good twist. Great acting performances from Natalie Portman and Moses Ingram. Has a good background story for the Black community and systemic racism and sociocultural vices. A great TV show overall and very good musical score as well as the jazz and soul music. Really enjoyed the dialogue and the narrator style at each of the opening episodes. That Moses Ingram looks like a promising talent if she joins the right projects and a good agent. Apple TV plus keeps giving quality. |

The Haunting of Hill House......9/10 Top tier storytelling and acting performances all round. Easily the best horror work I've watched in a while aside from The Fall of The House of Usher. Superb Cinematography and set design. Creepy horror with a top tier mix of psychological horror merged together with the haunted house trope. No boring scene at all. It begins to unravel as it alternates between the past and the present to give audiences the full picture and better understanding of the characters. It tells the story of a family enmeshed in the radar of dark forces shortly after living in a haunted house. It unravels how their short time in the house influenced their life long into adulthood. Carla Gugino too sabi act abeg. She's top top tier. She was the heart of the movie. Victoria Pedretti is really good too. The actors were really good even the child actors were interesting to watch. Mike Flanagan works effortlessly well with a large cast and still manages to make ALL of them great and engaging. Really great fleshed out characters. The way he later gave good backstory to even the major malevolent forces in the house is superb work. In most horror projects the "evil forces" are just explained to be evil and just do what they do for the sake of it. In this, even the "spirits" or "ghosts" have some level of humanity and motivation to their actions. I'd call this more a psychological terror than the all too familiar supernatural horror. A premium ghost story. Mike Flanagan once again flexes his muscles and shows why he is unparalleled in the horror TV series format. He's too darn consistent and really good. One reason why I'd like him in the DCU and pray Gunn gives him his Clayface movie. I don't know if this is my favourite work from Mike Flanagan or it's Midnight Mass. This show really gave me a headache thinking what's my fave. Premium horror drama with some good scare. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Rings of Power S02E04 Can someone explain to me while Elrond and company were going to see Celebrimor on foot and not using horses when it felt as if the matter was that of urgency? It just felt foolish. |

OhBritannia: Average at best. I watched it because of your review, but I was disappointed. The pacing is also horrible, I had to change fx to 1.40 because everything was too slow and dull. Tbh it's mid. Everything I said above applies to the first three episodes. Episode 4 is a 9/10 episode in every aspect. |
