The truth is that most people in abusive relationships, marriage or whatever dp so because they always have falseles hope of change. They are so blinded with love that it keeps from reasoning properly, hence why they let their emotions cloud their judgement.

They'd rather be happy to know they're with their partners and with the hope of change than separating from them with hope of finding a better person.

I don't like to interfere in a relationship, that's toxic because there's so much certainty that the abused partner will go back into it.

I couldn't agree less. Most times I don't pity anyone in an abusive relationship. Even as a guy, once you realize your woman is toxic, you should leave because most toxic people are irredeemable.

There's a financial angle on this issue. You can't expect a woman that's married with kids and little to no means of finance to just leave a relationship abusive or toxic.

The women will bid their time in plotting their exit to even acquiring the services of a private investigator to create an air tight case on the husband and also in the process come into a windfall of money.

Some ladies married to rich guys especially in the west see their marriages as a business where they can cash in for retirement if things goes south.

So it's not as simple as walking away when there are cash constraints and children involved.

Omo, you have to protect your mental health o especially when kids are involved. You have to be present in raising those kids and not letting your shadows do that. Dont hesitate to Exit once the relationship is toxic and not a good environment to raise kids.

That's how we are doing daddy and mommy from a distance now. It's not 100% easy with twins but we get by. He is trying to be a better person now after 2½yrs but you know, do that from a distance for now biko... lol

I have seen people become shadow of themselves after marriage. It's horrible!!
