Good morning to you all! I want to ask, is a 23 - 25 years old person too young to build a rental house? I want to go into real estate, I heard it's a lucrative business, so that's why I'm asking. Investing in real estate is a capital intensive project, requires a lot of hard work and functional technicalities Firstly, you should seek advice from a real estate consultant( not necessary but very beneficial) And also be mindful of your project expenditures , to avoid getting stucked financially in the long-run. |
