Church Worker Electrocuted In Benue by Happened: 6:27pm On Aug 23, 2021
Mr Iortim Richard, a church worker has been electrocuted to death at the premises of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Kontien area of Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State.

DAILY POST gathered that the incident occurred on Monday morning while the deceased was trimming an overgrown mango tree at the church compound. Prayer For Finance

The incident triggered violence in the area as some youths in the community moved to attack the church.

However, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Gboko ‘A’ Division, CSP Nerson Iorhemba intervened and foiled the attack.

When contacted, the Benue State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Catherine Anene Sewuese claimed the incident has not been reported to the command.

Tree it self is a conductor when it touch live wire it can retain some percentage of electricity, when it shock person all the current that suppose to flow to where is been directed to will now flow to the tree till it make sure that the blood of the person is been drain patapata.
So this one na general warning to all of us wey dey plant tree any how
