If u live abroad u wil know how we suffer a lot even gettin to old age b4 u r given citizenship. So am suprise we freely give foriegners ours. Sometimes I wonder is it because our leaders has really not lived abroad to go tru d rigorous process of gettin oversea citizenship- if dats y dey ignorantly come out wit policies as easily givin citizenship to foriegners. Cus honestly these foriegners wnt giv us same opportunities in their countries,

its because our leaders are criminals and most of these foreigners are their business partners who are collaborating with them to loot nigeria's natural resources. Jonathan is a criminal together with the entire PDP, naturally criminals protect and assist each other, if you investigate the list of names that have been given nigerian citizenship you will find out that the majority (if not all) of them are invovled in one kind of shady business with the nigerian govt.

I was so disappointed in our government, not because of giving out citizenship to this people, but they did not even consider what or how those countries are treating Nigerians,  FILIPINOS?? I don die,  U guys need to see what is going on to Nigerians in the Philippines presently.

1st. Nigerians can not have citizenship here no matter hw long u lived in the Philippines. If u like have all the requirements on heaven and earth, marry, born, study, work, name it,  if u married here u can only get 2yrs of stay and u need to extend for another 2yrs and continue like that for as long as u want to stay here. If ever u are out of the country and u are unable to return b4 u visa expire, mhen, them go downgrade u back to tourist visa and u have to start all over again, 

2nd. Nigerians are in jail like animals here. accusing them of wrong doing,  Which is all propaganda,  Thou some ibo guys dey use their grls carry drug here oh,  But is just 1%. guys u knw what? the media will talk abt nigerians from morning till night, every black man is nigerian,  even if na black american, ghana, zambia, togo, etc,  them no dey check their passport. I which i can tell more on this, 

3rd. If u marry here and u no get luck of good woman, mhen u are finished,  u think EDO grls worse in cheating guys right? this people are ''JEGUDUJERA'' IKAN'' pure thief,  The in-laws are the baddest,

4th. We are just scape goat here. everywhere u go, u will be turned down because we are nigerians. attitude wise they are the worse.

5th. Work no dey here at allllllllllllllllllllllllllllll, not even single one,  But trust me the least salary of a filipino in nigeria is not less than $1,500 with free accommodation plus transportation and about #200,000 food allowance. If u no believe me pls investigate that in naija, 

6th. Their gov. don ban them from going to nigeria because of niger-delta issue,  na them full those oil companies,  and those militants dey kidnap them but still they will released them,  i was at nigerian embassy in the philippines last week, OMO no where to seat, them full everywhere. For the embassy, them go enter we go dey outside,  Our embassy officials here are nothing to talk abt,  them useless pass cockroach,

7th. I DON DIE OOOOO FILIPINOS DEY GET CITIZENSHIP FOR NAIJA? I graduated nursing here taking masters nw,  Guys this is funny, they wont allow us to take local board exam here, which other countries are not like that,  By the time u get to naija again, the nursing board wont accept u for not having local board exam from the country u graduated from,  Let me just stop here, i can't just imagine this news, Lastly guys check this link,  This happened recently abt 1week ago when i was in canada,

Don't mind Nigerians celebrating people who'll definitely leap frog every law of the land and privilege before the average Nigerian. Since when have the Indians,actually contributed positively as settlers in Africa if the experience of East Africa and southern Africa is our guide. The Lebanese and Syrians in war torn Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, SeneGambia, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Congo DRC etc are very questionable. Most of the above mentioned nationals have an almost automatic power and implicit privilege above the indigenes and abuse/ corruption is rampant.
I hope Nigerians will do well to remember their experience with the so called Vaswani family and the unfettered power coupled with disabling influence they exerted on our "cheap", inept and corrupt ruling elite including the President(OBJ) and Yar Adua . Truthfully, the average "oyinbo" as they are seen in Nigeria, have a better opportunity to get ahead without any form of hindrance whatsoever than the average African(Nigerian) from the port of entry to the point of exit. Our slave mentality is shocking. It's amazing that we've become inured to oppression or bad service delivery in every sphere of Nigerian life that those with a different skin or hair type are oblivious of the problems the rest of other Nigerians encounter daily from the police harassment to other forms of officialdom. Official obstacles are absent to their existence as it is to the rest of other Nigerians. It's a shame . To say that a lot of Nigerians are second class citizens in Nigeria is an under statement but a lot of Nigerians live in denial .

Well, they need your passport for internal scamming of your country . It gives them legitimacy within the West African(ECOWAS) region. Most of them have other passports anyway. They are very smart and aware of our shortcomings .

If you want to know better ask useless people you send to repsent nigeria in philippines if they can tell the truth beacuse we heard they always fighting beacuse of money they collected from filipino people to give them visa but nigerian have no value to them.

some of these people are experts and they need it badly to keep their job as the Nigeria Local Content Law is closing in on them. Its what they are getting or want to get from Nigeria they makes them need the nationalization.

Nigeria is still one country because these same foreigners prop it up. THEY LOVE IT THE WAY IT IS -OPEN, VULNERABLE and EXPLOITABLE. That is why every smart Nigerian must reject the current Nigeria we have. We need a new one where we can design a system capable of producing the bolded.
