The hadith's of the rosullulahi (saw) about anger.

Here are some of them
1. A man came to the rosullulah(saw) and said oh prophet of Allah! Counsel me! He replied "do not become angry"
The man feeling he had given him one counsel and needed another one requested again: oh prophet of Allah, counsel me! Rosullulah (saw) repeated the same advise " do not become angry!
This repeated itself three times.

Anger is from shaitan

2.Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The strong are not the best wrestlers. Verily, the strong are only those who control themselves when they are angry.”

Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6114, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2609

3.Change positions, if you are standing, sit, if you are sitting, lie down and sling to earth. In a hadith on anger, the Prophet (PBUH) said,
“If any of you becomes angry and he is standing, let him sit down, so his anger will go away; if it does not go away, let him lie down.”



4 The Quran describes the great virtue of controlling anger. For example,

“And those who avoid the greater sins, and illegal sexual intercourse, and when they are angry, they forgive.” (42:37)
“Those who spend  (in Allah’s Cause) in prosperity and in adversity, who repress their anger and forgive people, and Allah loves such good-doers.” (3:134)
One of the attributes of the rightful owners of Paradise is stated in Surah Ash-Shura verse 37,
