Ignorance is not opposition Politics, No State Develops with Mischief and Blackmail

Earlier today, I exclusively posted pictures showing the spraying of 'Colas A Emulsion' in the now viral road development infrastructure along Naze/Poly-Nekede Road taken a month ago and been constructed by Governor Hope Uzodinma led APC government in Imo State.

I'm surprised seeing same picture across social media being projected by the opposition elements in Imo state as road painting ahead of Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari visit to Imo on Thursday September 9th, 2021. What a mischief and blackmail taken too far.

While I won't join issues with the promoters of the mischief and blackmail targeted at Imo State Government and Governor Hope Uzodinma in particular, I elate to state the facts as always.

What is seen in the picture is Colas "A" emulsion sprayed on the surface of the binding course before laying of the wearing course Asphalt pavement.

The main essence for spraying this emulsion is to serve as a binder between the existing course.

In a more literal understanding, after the first layer of ashpalt on the Naze-Poly-Nekede road, a "COLAS A EMULSION" is sprayed before the 2nd layer of ashpalt (Overlay) is done. It's called a binding course which holds the first and second layers of ashpalt together to ensure durability of the road. It's the best engineering professional practice across the globe.

My good friend and engineer of repute and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Engr Onwubiko Kingsley, can explain better for the ignorant social media terrorists, who doesn't see anything good in Imo except it benefits them personally or the political gods.
