Early today, we received reports that a 22-year-old housewife and stepmother allegedly poisoned four children in yobe state which led to the death if one of them.

Following reports, the crime occurred at Makara-Huta area of Potiskum early today, the children drank a poisoned tea unknown to them which was made by their stepmother. Although according to ASP Dungus Abdulkarim, the Police Public Relations Officer Yobe State Command, he said that the suspect has been apprehended.

He said;

“Findings at hand indicated that the children have been rushed to hospital after taking the tea prepared by the said suspect in the early hours of today at about 0900hrs, 17 Sep, 2021, but three of the victims died while receiving treatments and one remained.....CONTINUE READING BELOW;

Normally 22 years old woman don suppose be a house wife before taik more of being a step mum?

Most of these Problems happening up north are as a result of their stupidity coupled with their total illiteracy,and ignorance....if not,I don't see any reason why a man would wanna end up subjecting his kids to such Problems..

Las las,step mum wahala no be wetin any pikin suppose to pass through..I'm speaking from experience.....Na by God's grace my younger bro and I take survive for our step mum hands despite the fact that popsman no even give her the chance to maltreat us,still,she always scoured for one way or the other to label us as bad children....Na only God rescue us cha..
