I noticed they promised more free stuff (in this bad economy) and I remember thinking it was indeed desperation

They need to be shown the door though and sit in the opposition benches for a while to learn that South Africans don't just want promises. They lost Joburg, Pretoria and PE last time - they got them back with the help of the EFF so we must make it a permanent loss.
