We have an Euro account in FCMB, so there was no need to change money from naira to euro. It is either you have a domicilliary account OR have someone who has an euro account and can help you with the transfer. By the way, it has to be someone you trust.

i dont understand. dat means one can deposit naira? pls any person can pls explain more as i am looking for d cheapest n safest way to transfer my money. is it possible to deposit naira n it will b converted to euro by the bank?

I don't think you checked the University I applied to, my first choice of University and the one I have been offered a place at, which is Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU)! My Master's program will be 100% taught in English! I am currently learning German but it's not because I want to study a Master's course offered in German, it's just for my everyday communication. Check the website of the Uni again. Not all master's program are offered in German at LMU!!! Here is proof http://www.en.uni-muenchen.de/students/degree/master_programs/index.html . Check that link and you will find that there are Master's programs done entirely in English!!! I applied for one of those English Master's courses and have been accepted in it!!! Even at RUB, where I also applied, the Master's program is taught in English but I am too lazy to post another link here for that especially because it wasn't my first choice Uni and I am not going there. However, I 've read about people who also applied to RUB here and I don't think there Master's programs are in German!! If you want, check the RUB website again. Get your facts straight! Somebody previously asked me if I had to do an English test and I told him no because I had been studying in English all my life and my undergraduate degree was taught in English so the Uni didn't require me to do any English test...that should tell you that my course will be taught in English and not German!! I would never apply to a Master's program taught in another language apart from English!!! Just check the LMU website again, and the RUB one (if you want)!!!

toplevel: @lillygemm are you going for undergraduate or masters also do they require toefl?

In fact you are the one who asked me about the English test, lol.

LillyGemm:

I am going for a Masters. For me, no English test was required because my Undergraduate degree was taught in English and I have been learning in English all my life. Toefl or some other English tests where required for others whose undergraduate program was not taught in English.

@ toplevel, I gave you this answer when you asked me about the English test. That should have told you that my Master's program will be taught in English.

How do you guys come across these schools? 'Daad.bla bla' doesn't have the whole unis right? Abi is it the search that I do that weeds out most of this unis?

Am presently at the ikeja high court.please do I need to back date any of the two document?the typist asked if I want it to be registered at the court and collect receiept?pls people am waiting for ur candid reply.pls do I need to mention d name of the particukar document(e.g on my diploma result or on my waec)or I should just say in some of my documents.
quote author=aflynvir]Go to an high court and swear separate affidavits for the date of birth error and for the middle name difference. In the middle name avidavit, state that you bear the two names and one is a shorten form if the other then conclude that all documents despite the slight differences are yours. Swear same for the date of birth, stating your actual date of birth. That should settle it. Do that as soon as possible. I sent a mail to the embassy in similar case concerning the middle name difference case. They said it does not affect my application, and I should just swear an avidavit at an high court explaining the circumstance. So I wish you God's favor in your interview![/quote]
