if my memory serves me right, those bat tests are a bloody waste of time and only intended to fulfil some obligation. i took the test in 2002, got a letter saying i'd passed and they would get back to me - never heard from them

I was also invited for the test but culdn't make it cos of a little illness, was feeling bad until I saw these posts. Thot their pay is so high, maybe am better off afterall, just maybe. Well I get up to 200k where I work but d job is slavery, felt like opting for something less tasking. Could an experinced hand with BAT throw more light on what d job is all about as in pay, job function, job security, etc. Thanks in anticipation and goodluck to y'all.

i think the in thing with BAT is not in the salary, but the bonus you get which is really something. at least e better pass most bank bonus.

may i ask when u finished school. sorry i dont mean to be rude but the truth is if u finished school since 2006and only got to write one test (the letter of which slipped at the last moment)since then, then u will understand why i am hysterical.

Re: BAT Test By Kimberly-Ryan by pewekac: 1:04am On Jun 18, 2011
can you give us a run down of how the interview went? And i guess you've got to be a smoker to land such a job huh?
Re: BAT Test By Kimberly-Ryan by Dunddy(m): 11:49pm On Jun 18, 2011
its was all role based questions, "give us an example of when you, "
they didnt even ask me for the credentials they said i should bring,

they also asked how u see smokers, how much are you expecting, have u had to work with someone not doing well and how did you handle that situation etc. i wonder how many people they want actually. i heard there are 3 stages of the interview process.
Re: BAT Test By Kimberly-Ryan by Dunddy(m): 10:20am On Jun 20, 2011
no one knows the number they want. but judging by the disappearance of the peeps i left at the reception that day, i could infer that there were different interviewers in different locations. i was interviewed by a lady (brand manager) and a guy from the HR.
bayleaf, who interviewed you and where?
let's just hope for the best. they asked me to specific on how much i want to collect and i told them minimum of 80k. i just hope i did the right thing. angry

i was interviewed on friday at idowu taylor, by a lady in marketing and a guy in hr. i told them i wanted 300k monthly take home. i dont really think its what you say now that matters as per pay. they would already have in mind a salary range.
