Noooo, I can't leave dude here ooo. This point thing is scaring too, we are already talking about it,he said he will write the English test. I think I will manage with that,Lord help me.

I think he should evaluate if he has a masters too with that you can still be in 480s or 490s . I was in 467 hubs evaluated masters we entered 477 . Now added ielts we entered 484 . I want to re write and if I ace it and get all the highest points we will enter 490s ...

No, they don’t.

You can use national Identity card or Driver license.

They don’t accept Drivers License , where did you get this information from? The only acceptable ID is your passport or National ID Card. NIN slip is not even acceptable.

Hello good people..
Pls I would like to ask the difference between WES and WES ICAS, and after evaluation with them, can I request for them to send my transcript to institutions instead going to my school to ask for transcript per when needed and can they send to any country apart from USA schools.

Thank you...

I'm not the Principal applicant but the spouse of the PA. Do i need to select the NOC under this SPOUSE Work history and fill this section? I'm a bit confused. Cos it stated there that it would be assesed but I'm aware it doesn't give any point for our CRS score.

So, if i fill my NOC code in this section, will i need to submit reference letter after receiving ITA As a spouse?

Hi all, I'm currently in Canada and want to apply under CEC. I'm currently on 468 which is still low compared to the recent draw so I'm thinking of using my NYSC experience to boost my points. since I worked in a state ministry do anyone have any idea what document I need to provide?

Thanks

The question asks about WE that will be assessed for EE eligibility. No need to include what is irrelevant for EE eligibility IMO. If non-Canadian spouse WE adds zero points to the PA CRS and spouse has no Canadian WE, then the appropriate response IMO is No.

Obviously, you won't just remove it from your application altogether, you'll include it in spouse’s personal history post ITA.

There are people who say Yes to this question pre ITA, then change it to No post ITA and move info to personal history.

If you decide to say Yes and provide ref letter, best case IMO is that an experienced VO will ignore all the jara you provided since it adds nothing to the PA's CRS. Worst case IMO is you might end up confusing a not so experienced VO....

In addition to what GraciousWords has said, if your Canadian job is not LMIA associated, please have your POF intact for your number of family.

Hi,

Do you think it's possible to do spousal sponsorship for a long distance girlfriend of many years?

Do you think that's enough for common law?
GraciousWords:

These steps may help

First - please STUDY page 1
Second - job titles are irrelevant, his JD versus the NOC duties is what matters
Third - go to the NOC site https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/?GoCTemplateCulture=en-CA select NOC 2021 version 1, in the NOC title section type "construction", many NOC options will come up
Fourth - ignore the ones that TEER 4 and 5 and the ones that are obviously not it e.g. crane operator, bricklayer, carpenter, glazier, plumber, sheet metal worker, cook etc.
Fifth - painstakingly go through the duties of the ones remaining. The best NOC is the one where all or most of the main duties are already listed in his JD. You may use the method in this link from page 1 https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/283#96895306

The issue with 70010 IMO is not the manager in the title but that your JD shows more "assist" than "manage, direct, evaluate, control etc". Maybe relook 13201 and focus on the duties instead of the job title or name. Lead statement says:

13201 Production logistics coordinators coordinate and expedite the flow of work within an establishment, prepare work and production schedules and monitor the progress of production and construction projects.........They are employed by manufacturing and construction companies and other industrial establishments.

Also try this NOC advanced search option
https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Search/AdvancedSearch

Not easy, but I'm sure you'll get there. Good luck!

Just being a girlfriend isn’t enough to qualify as common law. You both need to have lived together in the same house for at least a year.
