aribisala0: This guy. Seems I'm replying a baby. Is Chicago not on the mouth of Lake Michigan? Wetin dey wrong with your brain self? "The Illinois coastline extends 63 miles (101.4 km) along the southern reach of the western shore of Lake Michigan (Figure 25-1), 22 miles (35.4 km) of which is the City of Chicago shoreline." The city of Kinshasa and Brazzaville is divided by The great Congo River, which is also the River that separates Congo DRC and Republic of Congo. Infact I'm done here. It's quite obvious you are a dullard. 1 Like

Dsalvo: Professor know it all! use your knowledge to transform the near abysmal living conditions in Lagos! you people are just shameless wannabees, who have absolutely nothing to offer the world, IPOB members unlike you treacherous leeches are actually thinking like human beings, who will do whatever is necessary to protect their land and people! living in assumed luxury in filthy and unplanned ikoyi or waterlogged lekki does not make you better than any other person in that contraption called Nigeria................ I have weighed your response and I will not bother to rebut you intellectually because you will only drag me down into the gutter where your ilk actually belongs! you are absolutely not worthy of my time.........s! your ill-disguised hostility and malevolent intent towards Ndigbo will only make us stronger and richer! may the hatred sip into every nerve and vessel in your bodies.......una pain just dey start! |

Kinematics: Are you not ashamed oil companies find Lagos a better environment to stay to do business instead Rivers? Even Elf that braved it was chased away and recently landed in Lagos after seeing the light like other IOCs. Why didn't Dangote locate his refinery along the long coast of any of the Niger Delta states? As he never even considered any. He only shortlisted Ondo and Lagos state, think deeply about it. 1 Like |

Ovamboland: Why is IPOB fighting for self-determination? it always baffles me why the typical Nigerian fails to understand that they are living under Fulani colonial domination powered and sustained by a rabidly racist British government. Look at the fantastic world class institutions built and established by Southern Nigerians in this new democratic dispensation........these backward Fulani settlers have ruined all of them, the Nigerian space agency set up by prof Borrofice has been turned into another gworo chewing agency under the FG, the Digital Bridge institute set up by Df Ndukwe is now a shadow of its former self................what gores me is that an otherwise enlightened Yoruba socio-political elite is almost complicit in the rot or at least indifferent ...........perpetual protest rallies at Ojota will not move these demons but IPOB get their medesin........IPOB is ready to die with these Fulani invaders, WE KNOW IT and THEY KNOW IT! 1 Like |

Dsalvo: Even Nairobi that that has lower IGR compared to Lagos has functional water system, metro line, constant power, functional public transportation. Which of these does Lagos have? Do you even know that Lagos state is the fastest growing city in the WORLD? How are our corrupt politicians preparing for the population? Do they have any short term and long term strategy to complement the future prospects? Or are they just concern about continuous stay in power ? 1 Like 1 Share

Kinematics: Lagos state generates N31 Billion per month Lagos state collects N10 Billion monthly oil allocation N31 Billion - N10 Billion = N21 Billion. It means Lagos state generates almost 3 times internally than from oil. So, how is Lagos state nothing without oil, since it's generating many times over what it's collecting from oil allocations? See, your posts are mostly lowly formulated, they lack serious thoughts, logic and basic sense. 3 Likes |

Minjim: According to miseducated Nigerians, it is awo-si-fila amazing physical projects that are dubbed world class, which makes any city worthwhile, and not the basics of modern human life. Is it any surprise that supposedly world class Lagos is always ranked among the worst of global cities? Despite gigantic increases in IGR since 1999. Obviously Tinubu and his goons have looted the yesterday, today and tomorrow of the alabarus and akigbemarus who celebrate him nevertheless. Original suffering and smiling. |

Ovamboland: Apart from not doing anything it has continued to overburden Lagos with unnecessary burden and strip it of it's revenue to share to other states of the federation Lagos kits, trains and pay the salaries of the.policemen dedicated to policing Lagos the RRS officers. OBJ ensured Lagos investment of generating enough power to have a 24hr power supply was frustrated by diverting the power to national grid for sharing across the country while Lagos paid for it, Hate Buhari as much as you like but Lagos is for the first time in 30yrs like you rightly point out are feeling the Federal Presence for the first time. Yet some nincompoops will have us believe that the FG investment made Lagos what it is. In 30yrs no single federal road was rehabilitated in Lagos, Apapa was desecrated and yet OBJ had the guts to sell the former Federal Secretariat to Babalakin. A land acquired for public interest. Thank God successive Govt has refused to perfect his documents and as long as APC remains the ruling party in Lagos he will never take pocession of that property Even the international Trade Fair Complex was sold by the FG to Igbo traders,a land Lagos gave up for public good, little wonder Lagos Govt ensured that the new Tejuosho market wasn't sold to strangers outrightly even when there was acute delay in getting it's money back The federal government has being a minus to Lagos and it's indigines yet nitwits are here trying to commonise Lagos GIANT strides. If their State Govs have 10% of Tinubu vision, knowledge and commitment they will not be economic refugees in Lagos overstretching it's facilities while listening to the Baboon in DSS cage prompting to burn it to the ground These guys are animals that shouldn't be seen in the gathering of sane human beings 1 Like |

Minjim:. They don't have a Metro rail in the whole of Kenya, what they have is a commuter railway. All the things you listed are false representation, there is nothing like functional water system in Kenya, they don't even have enough under the ground, 50% of the people lack access to water, they drink dirty and filthy water. . whatever that's built in Nairobi did not come from the City of Nairobi, it comes from Kenya as a country, Lagos is a state, not a country. What you have is called fake facts. 1 Like
