I'd say say some bad cops wanted to cover up the money, the black man vowed to blow the whistle, the bad cops seized his papers or disrupted the process, and then sends him far away..

We are all making assumptions based on available information. One thing is sure, I don't think he would enter a country illegally if he is that upright.

Hhmm... The point I was making is that his mistake wasn't returning the money. His mistake was traveling illegally. And like I said, I don't think there's any available information to suggest he returned the money solely for chances of being rewarded. He could have done it cause he wasn't just the type that causes other people pains by taking thier money. That he got into the country without papers doesn't imply he's likely to take/keep something that doesn't belong to him. We have many blacks like him who pay "agents" to get them into the western countries but wouldn't take somebody's else's money. The world is not black and white.

You know he could just pass by and leave the wallet . The same person must have been running away from security agencies b4 na.
