Anthony Loffredo, a 32-year-old Frenchman also an actor undergoes multiple surgeries to transform self into a "Black Alien." He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and currently single.

He started by cutting off his nose, split his tongue and removed his upper lip.

Anthony has gone viral on social media since his pictures surfaced online. A lot of people condemn his actions while others commend him.

He however doesn't care about the criticism as long as he feels comfortable, although he has confirmed that many people become afraid when they see him on the street.

His next goal is to remove all his skin and suspend it with metal. He also wants to change his arms, legs and fingers, as well as the back of his head.
