Job Brief: Archivists are responsible for assembling, cataloguing, preserving and managing valuable information/documents

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Support to oversees the document management process.
• Support to coordinates the creation, maintenance, retrieval, protection, retention, and destruction of all records in accordance with appropriate policies and legal, financial, governmental, and historical requirements.
• Promptly responding to enquiries on current and exited staff issues.
• Support with HR office administration duties.
• Acts as point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the electronic records management system.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by line Supervisors

Job Requirements
• BSC/HND in any field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR Admin/File Management/Archives Administration.
