CIT tax declaration deadline.
If you have a company registered in Rwanda, and we actually registered it for you, then this information is for you.

The deadline for tax declaration is March. Penalty for non declaration is 100,00Rwf, and possibly deregistering of your company.

Even if you are yet to commence Business, it's wise you make declaration, and list earnings as Zero.

Once the deadline passes, automatically you are owing the RRA 100,000rwf and interests starts building up whilst unknown to you.

It's after your two years tax relief expires, that they will force you to pay them that!

Hurry up and do the declaration of ask us to make it for you!

Taxes & declaration is something Rwanda Revenue Agency dont play with. If you have a Company here, its best to make declaration, so that your Company dont get deregistered or your get hefty fines for Non Declaration as stipulated by law. As a new Company, you are not paying any tax for two years. But Declaration is a different matter.

You must make Declaration per year for the two years. We can do this Declaration for you at a modest rate of just fifteen thousand. Failure to declare has a fine of between one hundred dolla.rs & two hundred, with interest accruals.

Important announcement!!!

31st March is the deadline for tax declaration with Rwandan Revenue Authority (RRA). If you are one of those we registered a Company for in Rwanda, for the purpose of doing business & getting Work Permit, kindly ensure you do this declaration to avoid your Company been de-registered or given hefty fines.

You pay zero tax for two years, however, you must make Declaration by 31st March every year. We can do this Declaration for you. At a small cost of just 10k.

This is important for those who are yet to apply for their work permit. Let us know please.

This information is for those we registered Companies for in Rwanda. 31st March is the deadline for Tax Declaration. This is in accordance with the Rwandan Tax Laws. Failure to do so, attracts sanction from RRA. As a New Start up, you aint paying any tax for two years, however, you MUST make decalarations.

We can make this Declaration for your Company for a small fee. However, you may choose to ignore. But dont say, you were not INFORMED.

Uganda named best investment destination in East Africa



Uganda beat six other nations to emerge the best investment destination in East Africa during a global investors awarding ceremony in Abu Dhabi.



Uganda through its investment authority bagged the gold award for attracting the best investment project in 2022 during the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2023 in Abu Dhabi- a leading platform for investors in the world- where more than 170 countries are taking part in exhibitions and lobbying investments.



Rwanda's Development Board came second.



The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement welcomed Uganda's top rank as key to attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), technology transfer, and promoting the country’s exports and tourism.



Ms Evelyn Anite, State Minister for Finance in charge of Investment and Privatization tweeted
