I do agree that their is heirachy from God on man and woman with man been the head

The point is that human beings are equal both male and female before God in terms of justice

Adam and Eve both got punished, this bill is talking about man and woman before justice

A woman shouldn't get lesser justice and a man wins a case because he is a man even when wrong

Don't forget the Nigeria state doesn't recognise religion in terms of justice

You're beginning to sound like a broken record !

Here's someone talking about justice.

Why are women not accorded the same punishment as men when they commit similar crime ?
Women are mostly given lesser sentence than men,and that's justice right ?

Why are rape cases between the two treated differently,even in a court of law ?

Once a woman raise issue of being raped ,the man accused,without the general public having evidence to ascertain her claims,will start condemning the man and doing everything in their power to ensure the man goes unpunished,even without evidence to justify such attitude.
And a man raised issue of being raped ?
"But you enjoyed it !" . "LOL ,so a grown ass man can be raped ? LOL " . "Just shut the f*ck up and move on !". ,Are the kind of response he will get.
That's justice right ? But then,they still claim the oppressed .

What of cases of domestic violence and assaults ?
If a woman raises issue of being assaulted ,the world go crazy ,asking for the head of the man.
But when a man raises issue of being assaulted by a woman ,you all ask him to "be a man" and move on !
That's justice right ? And you all still claim you're oppressed by the same society that literally protect women than men !
Women are being celebrated more than 5 times in a calendar year,with men barely having a day in a calender year to be celebrated,but you all still claim the oppressed gender.
Women have more than thousands of firms that's solely set up to support girl's child education ,but you hardly see any for the male child,and that's justice ,right ?

A woman have freedom to go to school,read her dream course and travel the world in the 21century in Nigeria ,and be employed into some of the top firms in the country,yet you all still claim oppressed and seeking equality.

What else do you want ?

Have a woman decided to contest for presidency and the constitution forbids that ?

Have a woman decided to contesr for the governor of a state and the constitution forbids that ?
Have a woman who is qualified to be the CEO of a multinational firm denied such privilege by the law of the land because of her gender ?

And by the way, you're intentionally misinterpreting many bible verses you quoted to further your equality agenda,which is low of you.
The bible talks about equity and not equality,and no matter how hard you try, someone of us can see through your BS agenda.
And yes,equity and equality are two different ideology,and you all know that the moment you say you want equity,your hidden agenda will be exposed because you're given more privileges than men in the society than you actually deserves or genuinely earned.

God spoke to the first man and woman Adam and Eve equally, gave them equal punishment, gave them equal assignment to multiply in the bible

God didn't speak to them equally.
God didn't give them equal assignments on earth.
God didn't give them equal punishments.
And lastly,the bible teaching is about equity and not equality.
They are both different ideology,but you won't want to admit that because it goes against all your feminism and equality agenda.
A man is the head of a woman as Christ is the head of a man,and a woman is to submit to the authority of a man as both gender is to submit to the authority of Christ.
Christ loves both gender as a man is assigned to love his wife.
You see, that's not equality,but equity,but potato must potate.
You need bible verses on this ?

The bible recognizes the female gender as the "weaker vessel",and like children,and that's why they ought to be loved,not submitted to,even though it requires treating them with love.

It's not about treating both genders with respect, it's more about female supremacy battle.
Women have equal opportunity as men to contest for the seat of presidency in Nigeria,but they still feel that they are oppressed.
Women have the backing of the law to contest for the position of a governor in Nigeria,but they still feel oppressed.
Women have no law in Nigeria preventing them from being the CEO of any multinational firm in the country,but they still feel oppressed.
Women ,when they commit a crime ,a similar crime to that a man committed as well,they are generally given a lighter and lesser sentences by the court of law than men,but they still feel oppressed.
Women have thousands of firms that are primarily set up to cater to their needs and the girl's child education,with the male child barely having any ,but they still feel oppressed.
In cases of domestic violence and assaults,women are generally treated with kids gloves than men,but they still feel oppressed.
Women have the opportunity and freedom to study around the world,chase their dreams and live their dream life as much they can in Nigeria and no law in the country is prohibiting them from those,but they still feel oppressed.
And the list goes on and on.
You see, it's not about being treated equally,because women enjoy better privileges than men in today's society, it's more about female supremacy.
That's just the fact,but if you think otherwise,your contrary opinion will be welcomed.

Listen, Igbo culture doesn't forbid women from inheriting estate, industry or company from their father but they're not entitled to partake in ancestrial inheritance like landed property because its binding to kindred(umunna).

The truth is that no one knows the beginning of time ,but from all perspective it seems men dominated before they even have the will power to do so.....we created everything from technology to artifact...

You cant call a hyena to a Lions den then say the lion is oppressing her by not allowing equal right.

I see nothing stoping the women from taking over.except complaining that they are living in a lion's den. Which off cause they can't take over because of their characteristic of lower animal in times of food chain...

In the same view....women are all helper ,we only teach them the basic of their capacity incase we need help in our innovation..
