I really want to add a little weight this new year 2022. I eat a lot and follow lots of diet but I'm still as skinny as ever. I would like someone to recommend a weight gain supplement for me or give me a detailed guideline on how to add a little pound of flesh.

Op, have you tried eating junks or eating late? Give it a trial.

I used to be skinny too when younger. Best advice I can give is -- LIFT.

Lift weights bro.
Give it 3 to 6 months.

Join the local gym if you can afford it. Or the backyard pako gym. Start small with smaller weights and progress... take lots of protein esp animal based proteins... Milk eggs and grass-fed beef.

Always do push ups or press ups in your room.
It should be your new hobby. Press up should be your 2nd name. E go boost your arms, shoulders, back and chest at the same time.

Just lift bro.

Lift buckets of water repeatedly in the bathroom before bathing. Lift for 10 times (a.k.a 10 reps) 2 or 3 times (a.k.a sets)

Lift your little siblings repeatedly. Lift weights bro and your body mass will boost like mad!

You will feel more confident and people won't want to Bleep with you. Also watch videos or download apps on "How to Gain Muscles At Home"

Lifting will change your life
