I am against people who don't repay but the first and last time I took a loan, I wanted to pay a day to the deadline and the system went out of service until the deadline.

They increased the interest and started sending defaming messages. I complained that it was unfair and it was their fault to off my connection to repay. They snubbed me. Me kwa started sending messages through my many mediums of their stupid scam. In fact, I placed an Ad against them. Only them kuku contact me to take it down and we settled amicably.

Stupid things!

You’ll go to court and tell them you borrowed and can’t pay back.
Keep quiet jare you’ll do nothing

You must be an illiterate if you can't see grounds for suing these loan sharks.

First, there is a case of defamation of character. Except you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that the borrower is deliberately withholding repayment, you should never call them fraudsters. How can you call someone a fraudster simply because they have failed to repay their loans?

Second, criminal threat. I have seen messages where a Sokoloan agent was threatening someone with Ogun. In fact, this is a criminal offense.

Third, breach of my privacy right.

I can go on and on.

Defaulting on a loan is not a criminal offense. The law allows these loan sharks to report you to the supervisory and moderating credit agency. But the law does not allow them to threaten or publish your private details without your permission.

This is complete stupidity.
If you collect loan, simply pay back and if you can’t don’t collect the loan..
This isn’t that bad or difficult to do.
The country is hard, you now see a company that wants to lend you money and you still have the guts to default,
See ehh If I own a loan company and you default payment, I will hunt you and kill you.

As in very annoying, who does not have ideas on how to use money.

I learned well, no free money. which one is, do you have 60k you no get used for? grin grin grin grin

As if, someone is father Christmas, they will not payback. Let them go to loan companies, they will treat their Bleep-up, and greed. grin grin grin grin

Octavoral:
To be honest, Nigerians are just assholes. In Nigeria, you borrow your friend money and you lose both the friendship and the money. Why must you apply for a loan that you don’t any reliable means to foot the loan? Even if they charge 40% weekly, your predicament shouldn’t be a yardstick to accept. The moment you accept the terms and conditions, you should be prepared to face the consequences if you default.

You put up a pathetic face when approaching for friend for a loan then you start acting up when it’s time to pay back. Nobody gives at dier convenience. Say I help u no mean say I no get Wetin I want use money do.

If you want die, die. Which one be “do you have any 60k you’re not using?”

I once met a Nigerian in Canada who opened 6 accts frim different banks, acquired credit card and spend the money on phones to resell in Nigeria for quick turnover. Things didn’t go as planned and his credit score was badly affected. Now he’s due for PR but his bad score is haunting him. E no make sense.

how will you act in this situation?

You've just 200k in your account and you've your rent to pay in 2months time. A friend comes to you and laments how life has been difficult blablabla, requested for a loan of 100k which he promises to pay back next month after you explained your rent due date to him. Two months after, your rent is due, and all efforts to reach your debtor friend proves abortive because his number is deliberately switched off and location changed. Now your landlord is kicking you out. How will you feel?

Now consider this same situation for this loan firms.
First off, they are a corporation, not individuals, there are ways to get your money back from defaulters legally without driving them to damn suicide, it is just common sense, you start by reviewing your damn credit score.it is not rocket science, this bastards don't do that,as soon as a day or two goes by and you don't pay they come roaring like a lion

On the loan topic, these companies should scrap this no collateral loan system they practice.

There has to be smart ways one can hedge something for a loan. Companies that also do this kind of business should also understand the risks involved in no collateral loans.

Do they even do risk management in those companies sef

I don't even understand all the hogwash you posted.
Did the company put a gun in your head when you carried your two left legs to go meet them that you want to borrow money and also ACCEPT their terms and conditions? They were on their own jeje when you carried your debtor self to their door step and stamped the agreement.

Come and pay now, you are talking suicide. Suicide kee you there! Are you the only one they borrowed money to? Why are you the one stressing them to start sending text message to your contacts that you gave them.

Go and pay your debt jare! Onigbese! Nonsense and suicide! You Nigerians need iron hand cos most of una na crooks!

Those borrowing money and refusing to pay are the thieves and bastards not loan companies. Loan companies didn't force their loans on you, you approached them for money so why default.
Who told this stupid corporations not to regulate credit scores, what happened to giving them a little grace and then simply report to the police and cbn if they still refused to pay and do the needful. This bastards employ thugs to harass people who just defaulted payment by 3 days sef

THESE LOANS COMPANIES ARE VERY STUPID I SWEAR, IF ANYBODY WANT TO COLLECT A LOAN, THE SHOULD ASK THE PERSON TO SUBMIT THEIR BVN AND ALSO MAKE THEM TAKE AN UNDERTAKING AND WORK WITH BANKS SO THAT ANY MONEY THAT ENTERS THE DEBTORS ACCOUNT SHOULD BE WIPED OUT IF THEY DEFAULT, BECAUSE NIGERIANS ARE VERY TERRIBLE IN PAYING BACK LOANS! THEY ARE BAD DEBTORS

Look at the criminals. After borrowing, you don't want to pay back... After committing suicide let your dead bodies and organs be sold to pay back the loan.

Can you imagine this rubbish. This is why you should avoid poor people in all that you do.

Poor people will reck your business no matter what

How can someone borrow you money and you don't want to pay back. Then you claim rubbish and commit suicide.

Let them die

We have too many fools in the country already.

Every Nigerian has criminal tendencies and you can see it here

Fools.

Childish comment.

Your brain needs help.

I don't care if a loan defaulter commits suicide because of it. If it is possible to shoot a loan defaulter dead, its fine by me. Did the loan company go into business so that he or she can borrow money and not pay back? If u can't pay back, don't borrow. It is dat simple

grin grin grin ;DBut some Nigerians, have entitlement mentality, they are fake, they disguise themselves initially as decent, but will not pay what they collected, it ends in drama. It's better to not give, and have peace of mind if they are your friends, they may as well be fake, its better they call you names, and one loses such kind of fake friends, after all, they are fake and only want to take, not add value.

I am not surprised, these Loan companies are also parasitic, after all, its managed by Nigerians greed, so, it's befitting.

But I thought Nigerians are wealthy people as always portrayed on social media

Young ladies and men buying mercedes Benz and mansions everday

There are over 200 million people in Nigeria. How many mansions and Mercedes Benz cars can you count on social media?
