The vigilante officer should be arrested cos that was kinda manslaughter..the article in the link says the airforce official went there to demand the release of his brother and the vigilante officer shot him dead....

That's a wrong thing to do..you having a gun doesn't give you the opportunity to shoot anyone just for a very minor issue..
