Matrixlord2021: Nigeria truly LOST!!! it's not like a miracle. They were bound to loose before . There was no game plan there was no creativity they only stuck to the traditional game they always play. No smart moves,no trickery,no other kind of tactical accuracy, they played with the same rhythm the Tunisians played. The Tunisians only had one chance not even in the box and they took it catching us unaware 3 Likes |

I can’t believe so many people are actually putting all the blames on Okoye for not saving a shot that bounced right in front of him and took a sharp swerve. Eguavoen and the midfield cost of this game. 1 Like |

Pinnock and his minnows in NFF have played Nigeria out of another competition. I knew this would happen the moment Eguavoen started getting results! Remember that they had a signed agreement with Paseiro. If Eguavoen actually wins, what do the NFF do? Pay off Paseiro in millions of dollars! So, the safe choice is for Eguavoen to lose and still keep his own job as technical director!!! Afterall sef, they gave Eguavoen the opportunity to coach in the first instance. 1 Like |

Tunisian Defeat, Buhari is Cursed Nigerian Super Eagles was the best Team in the first round of the ongoing African Nations Cup as only them won their 3 matches then the genocidal criminal Tyrant Buhari decided to call them yesterday for cheap publicity & clout. The end result was that a strong Nigerian side lost to a weak Tunisian side that has 12 players out due to COVID-19. More than 120,000 Nigerians that Tweeted on this defeat of the Super Eagles blamed the illiterate barbarian #Buhari's phone call for the bad luck. Buhari has been cursed by God as this wicked mass murderer perpetrated the biggest massacre in the history of the Nigerian state in Zaria in December, 2015, and the only reason given was a minor traffic offense of road blockade. In my opinion the Super Eagles lost the match due to overconfidence and arrogance. To underestimate an enemy is a big blunder and the price of this is this shameful defeat. And The Tunisian coach was better than the Nigerian coach. Lesson: Be humble and avoid arrogance. #ElbinawiTweets 1 Like |

Sadiq Umar and uzoho should have been first choiice players, nwakali should have been involved die to his ability to tee up the strikers with sublime passes and hood dead ball abilities, we lacked a clinical finisher, we hardly attempted long range shots to test opposition goal keeper at least, unlike Tunisia who benefited from a long distance shit in deciding the game. The coach failed. Nigeria we're to predictable and the coach should have had plan b, plan c etc. I think ahead of the world cup Nigeria should look into the invitation of would be debutante to add spice the team, the likes of look an, olisa, eberecji, even cyriel Messrs., basically we need flexible team tactics and strategy from the coaching crew, need creative ppl aymaker and sharp finishers. |

Pacesetter123: Umar Sadiq is a very good player, you'd be surprise that even with osihmen and Dennis the results wouldn't have changed much. Wasn't oshmen on ground when Nigeria lost to be central African Republic, we only depended on wingplay which the Tunisians anticipated and did their homework accordingly. 1 Like |

This current team as it is, irrespective of the coach can't go fat if it manages to qualify for the world cup, it needs to be rejigged. We need good attackers and the creative midfielders that can link up the attack, the defence and defensive part of the midfield is strong, But it becomes hard for strikers if they have to win the ball themselves before trying to score. Moses Simon holds on to the ball too long, it is not the style of play for tough opposition. |

Newton85:am not typing from the "badluck" point of view but from psychological PoV... At times too much praises makes one to fumble. Give credits only at the end of an achievement not during the process. It makes him stay focused and try his best to earn those praises. Giving it to him prematurely will make him think he has done it all. If you really passed through school, you would have understood this. |

Newton85:promising cash is not praises. It's part of gingering them up to perform better. Some praises are better not giving especially the ones coming from a mentor, master, coach or leader. A good coach will never praise his players before or during match even if they are performing great. He should be satisfied with their best, rather he urges them to put in best of bests by shouting at them. But watch him after the match, he start reigning praises on them for good performance. |
