Application will be 6months by next week and nothing yet. My school extended my admission to Next year May 2023 I don't want IRCC to see that and delay further and I don't want them to start wondering why I haven't send the updated one.

I am just confused jare

Please don't ignore this message if you have answer to it

greetings to you all

I got my Student visa last year October which I shared on this platform
unfortunately I wasn't able to travel that year because I had deferred before I got approval.
My elder brother was d one sponsoring me and I have a family of 4

My question is this, is it possible to apply for their visa to join me in Canada by next year without submitting account statement, I will traveling this August ?

please if you have answer to my question don't ignore me, your contribution is highly needed

The answer to the question is, why don't you want to submit account statement. You very much know how important it is to show proof of funds.

There was a post I read about a person who got his family relocated to Canada without submitting account statement in Thread part 20, because he was already in Canada and his spouse was coming in with work permit. I wanted to be sure if what I read was true

That's rare. Do you still have a link to the story?

There's a reason IRCC expects international students to have a certain amount for proof of funds and additional funds for accompanying dependents.

If that actually happened, remember this, these people have their personal opinions apart from the rules and laws attached to their job.

On the lighter note, these people are humans too. The VO couod have been exhausted due to the number of bleeding SOPs he or she has read that day. The applicant might have been lucky.

Please is there a special response to financial status and personal assets that I missed? i have ordered for gcms notes but am to resume sept 2022 and its very close. Before the notes will come out, should I pay tuition fees , submit with the MPower private education loan approval disclosure? so confused right now

Dear FaithCanny,

I would not advise you to reapply without seeing your GCMS notes, as it is on paper, you meet the requirements but the notes will allow you see what the Vo is holding on to reject the application though it appears you check the boxes. Request for GCMS notes today if you haven't, the notes should come ideally by first week of July. You can then reapply which will give you like 8 weeks timeline before resumption, on the other hand you can defer the admission to give you time if your sch allows it which will give you ample time for your application to be processed.

You can use gcmsnotes.com they usually deliver within 30 - 35 days.

You can as well mention the generic reason and documents you submit in this regard. Just for some insights on what actually went wrong.

Thanks

Hello gurus in the house,
Please i need advice on a particular issue. I have a BSc in technology education, Masters in public administration and applied for a diploma in medical office administration. My application was refused and i was advised to change courses and apply for post graduate certificate. I don't even know if i should search for admin courses or education courses as i have work experience in both fields. Post graduate certificate in Education courses is very scarce.

Please help me guys. i am so confused right now. thanks and God bless you.

Hi

Only your GCMS notes can give details while you were refused cos the contents of a refusal letter are usually generic.

By the way, based on your post, there seem to be two logical reasons why you might have been refused

No. 1
You have a BSC and a Masters and you are going for a Diploma which is a Lower Academic qualification to what you already have. That's a wrong Academic progression . A Visa Officer can easily assume you wanna JAPA with that diploma you applied for (WRONG PURPOSE OF VISIT )

No. 2
The program you applied for might require someone who has work experience in the Health/Medical field which I feel you don't have and this might have paint a red flag to a Visa Officer

Possible solutions

1)
Since you are a Masters degree holder in public administration with work experience in that same field , a PHD in a Public Administration related field would be a good shot for you cos it will show Academic Progression

2)
Based on your Public Administration work experience, you can also opt for a PG.Cert in an Admin. related program at a college e.g HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, that shows career progression

Check the links below for HR Post Graduate Certificate/Post Baccalaureate diploma programs and Canadian schools (DLI) offering it
