I will advice you tackle it spiritually. If you are a Christian. It's a good start. If you are not I will urge you to surrender to Jesus. When a habit becomes difficult to stop a spirit is involved propelling it. Start reading your Bible and reprogram all the wrong and dirty pics you already have piled up in your head. Pray to be free from that spirit. You will get back to yourself and even better. You can also reach out to pastor or a counsellor

If yes, go close to Jehovah God in prayer. With him, there is nothing too big to overcome.

Try to talk to someone close to you about it also- preferably someone God-fearing and knowledgeable in the scriptures.
