Substituting wishful thinking for critical thinking is a road to disappointment.

It would have made more sense if you mentioned a coup than to type what you did in bold.

Where in the game of power have you seen where some one was given a chance when the stakes are as high as they are now?

So Lions will just submit quietly as a Calf walks into their midst and begins to exercise authority over them?

Pls go and read the 48 Laws of Power and update yourself as what you wrote here is a figment of your imagination.

Racoon:
No Peter Obi is not but Nigeria @ present does not need him as there is a lots of liability on ground after this catastrophic Buhari government.

What Nigeria needs now is total restructuring. If that fails, then a combination of past refined military officers like Col.Umar Dangiwa(rtd)/Akinwunmi Adeshina or Maj.Gen.Ishola Williams/Ngozi Okonjo Iwela should be given a chance because all the old political brigade will only root for the statuo cuo to continue.

Anyway, what you dont realise is that a Choice of the wrong Leader, is also affecting that you "I go buy, sell and make profit" mentality.
Maybe if we had a good Leader, you will be importing Containers by now, if not even manufacturing what you are selling. .... undecided undecided

[quote author=DrGoodman post=109831751]Osinbajo was an excellent lawyer, a good SAN and an erudite intellectual, but he will make a very bad president.

For one, he has never shown it in him that he can take on the evil powers that has ruined Nigeria and still ruining it. He has been in bed with the tormentors of his people.

I gave up on the man when he couldn't do anything even as the number 2 man in the country even as his own state was suffering terrorism supported by a section of this country with whom he is stroding the same corridors of power. Some of his townspeople are still living in Benin Republic while he sits in Abuja, doing nothing.

People on the ground see him as an infective person who will be standing helpless while the country burns, because when these present crop of criminals leave power, they will resort to more crimes and Osinbajo doesn't seem like the person to make the needed changes.

Let's feel sorry for the Christians who voted APC because they said this man was a senior pastor at RCCG. I mean, how heartless can a pastor be to watch churches in the North burnt to the ground and members kidnapped for ransom openly?[ It is quite sad that you'll be reasoning like this as matured as you are.. Where have you ever seen a vice president ever have a say in the polity of an organisation talk more of a country? Please speak with sense

Wait until he becomes President then you will see the stuff Osibanjo is made of. For now, a VP by your constitution is nothing but a spare tyre only used when the main tyre is faulty. But in 4 months Osibanjo acted as President keen observers noticed fundamental difference in governance in Nigeria. Osibanjo sold himself as a sound leader that understands how to fix the problem within that period. How his interim government got $1 USD that was hovering around #570 to around #370 showed some of us that he is just under rated spare tyre that ought to be the main tyre. He is sound on how to grow this nation and reclaim it from criminals I have no single doubt about .
