Michysandy: If you stated 10days stay in your application and circumstances changed and you ended up using 3weeks. Make sure you have payment of hotel receipts that shows you paid for extra accommodation beyond 10days stated in your application. You can tender this when you renew your visa to show you had more money with you then. |

Just download the checklist and take it with you for your biometrics. They'll only take the first page and give you the rest. Onyiiiiibeke: |

Good morning everyone, please I want to know if I will be asked for proof of address when applying for my husband's dependent visa. I have been in the UK for five months under the healthcare visa but I live in a different city from where my employer is. Should I use the address I used during my application which is my employer's address for him? Please help me if you have done this before. |

I really appreciate the info gotten here, it's been helpful. Please, if main applicants is on maintenance as stated on COS by the employer will this cover for dependants which I mean spouse and kids. Thank you house. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by williams20(m): 3:11pm On Nov 21, 2023 |
Bethys: If the employer certified maintenance for both primary applicant and dependant then you don't need POF again . Check on the COS |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by williams20(m): 3:12pm On Nov 21, 2023 |
Bethys: The question is usually tick to certify maintenance for Primary applicant and dependant. So if the COS ticks yet to that question then you're good to go |

efosanigerl: From this Refusal Documents I can spot two mistakes from your end. 1. If you run a business and you're the sole director or a managing partner , it's best to state your income.annually as against monthly income unless you pay out a regular monthly salary to your own personal.account from the company 2. You filled on the form that you spend 100k monthly , that cannot be true for someone who claims to earn 800k monthly ... If you filled that your monthly expenses only take 100k , why do you want to spend 11 times your monthly expenditure on a short trip .. You only had issues with the way you filled the financials 2 Likes |

Good afternoon, everyone. Just looking for some experienced insight with inviting a home-maker and petty trader mum to the UK. I and my partner will be fully funding her visit, hence, we are thinking of not stating she's a petty trader so as not to raise dust around account statement and business docs, as she's got none. We're currently completing the visa application and stated that she has #1 savings and plans to spend #1 in the UK as we'll be taking care of everything. I think she has about 100K in her account. Previously monthly up-keep had been sent to her husband until last month. Q1: Should we state she's a petty trader and submit her personal bank statement too? Q2: We want her to spend five months and some days before leaving, is it okay to state that in app as well? Thanks! |
