Yes I Live In The Bundus(remote)& Not Ashamed So Will You Still Love Me? by upendo98(f): 8:22am On Jun 24, 2011 |
This Gentleman takes these 2 girls (friends) out for dinner and time came to drop them home. The girls don't live far from each other in the bundus. On arrival the second girl refused to alight pretending that she dint live there. She was impressed by the dude but ashamed of her humble abode in the bundus, She wanted to prove to the guy that she lives in an upmarket place. So she made the guy drive back all the way to some posh neighbourhood!! Well they stopped by a nice looking house and the man thinking she lives there went ahead to drop her. The sign at the gate read 'Beware of Dogs'.He came out of car and escorted her to the gate. The 'gentleman' told her that he would only leave after she entered the gate since it wasn't safe to leave her outside. She proceeded to knock and out came this mean looking watchman. Then the dogs!! The gal had no words as she mumbled that she was looking for somebody but by then the dogs were already out and backing. On sensing danger, they both ran towards the car, with the dogs in hot pursuit. The 'gentleman 'was shocked'! How could your own dogs descend on you? Those dogs barked like crazy. She later confessed to the man that she didnt live there!!! she was too ashamed of her home! She lost that man coz he couldn't trust her anymore. This happened last week. I know dudes that borrow vehicles to take their women out and lie its theirs. Some men even beg their friend's houses to use over the weekend and lie to the gals that its their house. Women will do anything crazy too. From borrowing shoes, clothes etc just to please the guy.Yet that's not their lifestyle. Why do we suffer from inferiority complex and try to prove wht we are not?? BE YOURSELF THIS WEEKEND!! |

Never understood why people did that. I mean did they think rationally of their decisions/actions? And all the stress just to present facade. People have too much time. |

well, i think humility pays. no need trying to hype your standard, afteral every rich man once has a poor dad who decides' to break the chain. So my answer to the question is yes. |

There is nothing wrong in borrowing your frnd's car to take a gurl out. The only problem is not letting her knw that the car is not yours. Except its just to impress the gurl for a one nite stand, |

@Upendo, diz 'BUDUISH' thingy, which country uses it 2 refer 2 slum/ghetto? And, i'll like 2 ask u a question privately, bt there is no way i cn do dat here on NL, wat do i do? @topic, yeah, i do borrow my friend's ride, 'if i won catch new parrol' *winks, if u knw wat i mean* bt latter, afta d date, n if i wanna tk her seriously, i let her knw 'say, na borrow borrow make me rich' ~~hehehehe. |
Re: Yes I Live In The Bundus(remote)& Not Ashamed So Will You Still Love Me? by upendo98(f): 1:56pm On Jun 24, 2011 |
^^^ Bundu is a remote area. Now how do I explain this better. Ok 4get the slum or ghetto. In this context it refers to somebody that lives not in an posh place. So it can be anywhere ,the slum or just anywhere remote. Okay say in Lagos there must be areas where the rich live and the poor too. Tht is evrywhere. When I say I come from the bundus i just mean from the less developed place. There's gals while dating them, they will always make sure you drop them in the nxt rich neighbourhood cz they feel ashamed of where they come from. And even the dude dropping you has a borrowed car altogether!! So you are both lying to each other . Tht is what i call inferiority complex like the case of the gal above |

crazy dudes.!!! All ye that want to come visit me in the Bundu with jets, jeeps etc. WELCOME. Lets see if those jets and jeeps can survive the journey! I live in Mogadishu. So make sure your jet is missile proof. As for the jeep? only God knows if it can drive there. We have craters on the roads 'oops sorry no roads here! caused by continous bombing. Now b4 u get to me you need to get past my Father who happens to be the CEO of PIC( Pirates International Company) If you can jump all those hurdles, then welcome to the land of the brave and the graves. @ Darkskin. r u that dark? I cant even see you. Nway Bundu is a slang for a remote sparsely inhabited area. Its remote not developed. just a street word. @ James, The second question has an answer too. post your email and I reply simple.I have no email on my profile unfortunately we are stiil in the era of mose code in the bundu!! |

Way back in sch this gurl keeps hanging out with aristos and was making bahd money. She always said the men were her uncles or uncle's friends. She told us she was the younger sister of a sitting minister, she gave us the impression they were stinkinly rich until one day, her very old illiterate hungry looking arthritis ridden poverty stricken mama visited the school/hostel asking to see Beatrice my daughter (with a heavy igbo accent), the gurl denied mama and walked away but by then, we'd pieced up the story together and she was lucky it wasnt too long before we left, she was in her 2nd year then. I hate pretence and arrogance. It weakens and makes me make drastic decisions |
