With the 1999 Constitution, and all things being equal, regardless of who becomes president in 2023, Nigeria will remain a killing field, a stunted country, a country of cowards and crooks, of parasites and paupers, and an ungovernable country with endangered people.

The is just right because this failed entity will just keep on going in circles with the present politicians "whosoever controls the centre controls everything" and "winner-takes-all" mentality. 2 Likes |

All democracies hold elections. But not all elections are democratic. Most elections held in Nigeria are not different from dictatorships and single-party govt that stage elections to give their rule the aura of legitimacy. 1 Like |

Parachoko: Which school did this one go to - LMAO. Self determination is allowed under the constitution and a referendum is by inference permitted, to achieve this objective. |

Parachoko:Self determination or assertion is part of the constitution. Meanwhile, the ongoing constitutional reforms should include it or sovereign national conference should be convoke for all parties to discuss the nationhood of this present defective entity. |

Parachoko: If South South is not in Nigeria Constitution why not Referendum?, If restructuring is not in the Constitution why not Referendum?. Meanwhile self determination is in Nigeria Constitution & end point of every self determination is Referendum. Use your brain. |

I support his solution and as a yoruba I like the idea of an oduduwa nation, but nations aren't created and sustained on the foundation of hate for other groups, this is what the Yoruba nation agitators must understand. And is it a country that can't conduct credible elections that want to conduct referendum? |

Pigs will first fly before you see the day a referendum will be held in Nigeria! The only way the evil, hegemonic forces forcefully holding Nigeria together will cave in to allow one is if they see the country unravelling before their very eyes! You may well argue, ‘the shit we’re seeing now, no be unraveling?’, and you’d have a point. However, for as long as the hegemonic forces can keep the greedy, naive and thieving ruling/political elite of the other regions/ethnicities/religion still discussing with them under the guise of ‘wanting to fix/salvage Nigeria’.....for so long as these elite all still want Nigeria to continue, said referendum is still a long way away! |

We are begining to think to the right direction the earlier the better Say no to election because it is the same set of politicians no matter their tribes that will still elect with the same idealogy in them Say yes to referendum |

In a true democratic countries the masses control the govt because the all have the idealogy But here in our own country it is the govt that control the masses to their own personal interest because the masses have deffrent idealogies thereby fighting theirselves and the govt taking advantage of them 1 Like |
