The Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning, Mrs. Zainab Ahmed, has disclosed that Nigeria has failed to utilize borrowed funds. Revealing this at a retreat in Lagos when addressing members of the federal legislature, the Minister stated that the Federal Government is under pressure over these rising debts. “It is public knowledge that there have been increased public agitations against rising foreign debts levels.
