HajiaNotu: Please recall that medical doctors are not restricted just to areas of medicine. Some of them have gone beyond medicine to be professionals in other areas of endeavours such as administration as well. Without that they couldn't have been made CMDs in the first place. |

drnoel:The admins are not just regular adminis. The president of johns hopkins hospital is a nurse and masters in administration. Most of the administrative team metaphosed from working in the hospital floor to the offices. The units are managed by nurses. Of course masters holders. |
