my friend open new salary account , and the customer that the money mistakenly entered his account open new account that same day, so when my friend wanted to copy her account number to her vendor she mistakenly sent wrong account number,and that customer has withdrew all the money.

The bank has called the customer to return Money but the customer claim he has use the money

Na to use authority get the next of the kin and the main person will appear.. Track down the guy with his address or use next of the kin but this will involve the use of zoo terrorist men in black khaki uniforms; they will charge you. Or sue the owner of that account to court first; before tracking him down..

This Story does not Sound right, except if your Friend works as a contract Staff and her salary is not paid directly by the bank but her Agency.

Each Core Bank Staff account number is open by Head Office, you really don't need to submit your Bank account to HR as it's done when you are officially On-boarded.

Each Staff account number comes with a Schema ( opened as a Staff account and has your Staff ID embedded as well).

A non-Staff account number cannot be uploaded on the payroll as it will Flag an exception ( error).

The bank staff that posted the salaries in the staff accounts supposed to match the account numbers and names on the salary schedule with the account numbers and names in the system. The bank staff that posted the salaries should be held culpable.

The receiver is a thief. Did he work for the money? The money did not belong to him so how can he spend the money that doesn’t belong to him in the first place. I am surprised that most comments here did not castigate the attitude of the thieving receiver. The society’s moral has gone down south.

Are they having same names? Because if the account number and account name didn't match, system will reject it and the transaction will bounce back.

For official stuffs like this, a name is always attached to the account number and if they don't match, the money should be rejected.

they have lien his account but that guy is a criminal, the alert state the name of the bank ,salary and month the guy still withdraw without thinking twice
