Individuals
Secondly the judiciary will used this opportunity to end all manner of cross carpeting usually done by politicians
Which will also serve as a deterant to other up coming politicians

I thought he said he has petitioned the judge to NJC yesterday, today, it's no longer the judge but the PDP lawyers.
Confusion everywhere.
I think the judgement should stay to halt unnecessary defecting by these unfaithful Nigeria politicians.
Wasting Ebonyi state money on 17 lawyers, are they going there to crowd or intimidate the appeal court judge?
Lawyers will alway deceive him that he has a case or possibility of winning just to eat from the national cake accrued to Ebonyi state.

I said the lawyers of PDP are the ones doing forum shopping and I’m going to write against the lawyers to NBA to discipline them because the judge was misled. The blame was not on the judge. The blame is on the PDP lawyers who misled the judge.

He still gives himself away as unlearned. The judge clearly stated that Umahi could not defend the issue of his defection in the court. Was that the fault of PDP's lawyers or his own lawyers?

Why did he have to secure the services of 17 SANs if not for the fact that his lawyers failed completely?

The first statement shows how the executive and legislative arms see the judiciary.
They see them as puppets and don't take them serious.

They see them as people that can be silenced or bought over.

People whose careers lies in the hand of the executive or legislative.

People whose court orders become a choice. And not an order as it really should.

Until the Judiciary oust this mentality and stand firm inflicting punishment and Swift judgement on high class offenders, our judiciary and indeed democracy will remain as it is : hopeless and for the powerful only.

And then our country becomes a case of might is right.

Just asking anyway, where do people normally buy justice? Do we buy justice in Nigeria? If the answer to the above two questions are court and yes, does the seller deserve respect again when he sells his commodity and got paid?

It's called former and not formal.
The court has no right not to grant him stay of execution as long as it is properly filed.
