Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties
• Interface with clients as required
• Directly assist the CEO with business requirements
• Be savvy with the provision of innovative ideas
• Great with managing and filing company records
• Coordinate company meetings and events with or without supervision
• Manage company-owned and client-owned digital platforms including website and social media handles.
• To create presentations, documents, files and proposals as needed.
• To dispatch documents to specific organizations as required.

Key requirements

• Preferably resident within Ojodu, Ogba, Iju, Ikeja axis
• Must have great acumen and able to take Initiative
• Must be loyal and committed to the growth of the organisation
• Must be skilled in digital marketing, social media management and content creation (text, graphics and audiovisual).
