Moorehouse Travels and Tours Limited is looking for a Travel & Tours Agent, who is passionate about the travel business. He/she will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and will provide tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our clients. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Key Areas
• Provide high customer service level to assure clients totally satisfied
• Attain yearly sales targets as set by line manager.
• Develop and execute a personal marketing plan to acquire sales goal
• Maintain and update detailed customer list for potential sales opportunities
• Head responsible for the resolution of client and vendor concerns.
• Comply with company-established guidelines, procedures, and standards in the customer service area.
• Ensure to follow all rules related to PNR’s and Profiles, invoicing, ticketing, client files plus overall work accuracy.
• Involve in mandatory training as and when management assigns.
• Provide customers with the most cost-effective travel mode within the established corporate travel policy.
• Provide international travel requirements like passport and visa etc.

Responsibilities
• Plan and sales Tours packages of booking Car transportations, accommodations, VISA, Insurance, and other travel services
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers
• Book Car transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
• Network with tour operators
• Meet profit and sales targets
