Cost Of Running Business by Matrixlord2021: 5:31pm On Mar 18, 2022
The cost of running business in Nigeria is greater than the gain.
One crisis is enough to expose how crippled the economy is in short.
Power itself is in too much demand than too much supply.
All the big businesses now are running on diesel.
Its a shame and the economy is in a mess.
A terrible mess that cannot be corrected because there is not going to be any improvement unless there are alternative .
Nigeria's economy is like a computer system with no UPS.
Once the system dies, or is disconnected from power, everything work on it is Lost and its back to square one again.
Let m remind you there is nothing called SAVING in the Nigerian economjc terrain.
That is why I never mentioned it.
What we havt in Nigerian economy is borrowing, spending, debt servicing and profiling.
Have you heard Nigeria saved so so so amount of Money?
You can never hear such.
We can call corruption malware and viruses that attack the system.
While we can call bad leadership LOW RAM that cannot make the System(economy) run faster.
The economy begins to hang when bad leadership again takes its toll.
This is why even when the computer is connected, nothing seem to move until there is a breakdown or power is off.
Production is the output the computer brings from output devices.
Meanwhile , there is so low input that the system later crashes or is programmed to crash.
The icons on the system are like sector of the economy.
I was shocked to discover many big businesses are running 24/7 on diesel.
If there is an emergency, Nigeria is finished!!!!
Businesses would shut down and never pick up again to current forms.
In all this situation, the solution is for we the citizens to find alternative uses of energy that government is not supplying to us.
Let us research and do it ourselves and dump the government.
We know their input Is low .
We know all their after is the profit from investors and consumers don't matter to them.
Njgeria has a bad consumer protection rating.
What we think is something of achievement by the government is what should be their DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY.
A duty is something anyone can do .An achievement is something that occurs and have impact on everyones life with no neglect and it serves everyone its purpose.
Its a shame we celebrate government duty here than achievement.
Poverty eradication that touches every life is an achievement.
It is not when government rolls out a scheme and it is only for a certain part of the country that it affects and others are neglected.
Its not when people are finding things hard to do and even to run their own businesses we start to know Government has not achieved anything thing no matter how they have been doing their DUTY.
The moment every establishment, function, organization or scheme set up by the government is not serving every citizen of the country then it has failed in achieveing the purpose for which it was set up.
The moment ease of doing business is seen as business as usual and cutting corners is based on situation than service then it is not an achievement.
It is what people do to make dirty money than impacting lives.
The moment government services makes business inaccesible to run and work, then there is a failure.
Government has shown they don't know how to manage crisis time and time again.
But they know how to create Crisis.it is so easy for them to create crisis as a way of cajoling the masses to do their bidding.
One day, Nemesis would catch up with them.
May God have mercy on every hardworking business owner out there.
I salute you for all your struggles.
My prayer is that God would grant you wisdom an alternative power sources to do your own business and thrive.
The reason I say this is because Nigeria business enviroment is a little worse than the educational enviroment that is the WORST!!!
Every priviledge, evry opportunity of achieving greatness in Nigeria has always been monetized an tribalized.
This is a bad precedent from our leaders and that is why Nigeria is not developing locally.
Things are not accesible to Nigeria as it is abroad where even Nigerians pay money for such services that Is high,BUT IS ACCESIBLE , STABLE AND RELIABLE.
How well does the government ease the cost of doing business on business owners
How accesible are the infrastructure and captital and power available to support small and medium businesses??
How, instead the aforementioned are the things crippling and making businesses suffer and become bankrupt in Nigeria.
Business processes from setup to operation are filled with corrupt practices .
May God help us all.
The spirit of diesel gas proven to be more wicked than premium motor spirit.
