what can some that have bsc in physic and electronic do before he can join coren so that he can have egineer title in any of the following engineer courses computer electronic ,electric and electronic ,computer engr etc

Go for masters in the engineering field you want,and then practice as an engineer for like 6years,then take the Coren exams.
