How Zenith Bank Stole My Money by Christiankingjr: 11:44am On Mar 29, 2022
On the 16th of February evening at around 6:42 pm, I used my card to withdraw from an Heritage bank ATM. I attempted 3 withdrawals at that Particular ATM, the first 2 withdrawals was successful, the last withdrawal didn't go through the ATM displayed NO CASH but I was DEBITED.

On the 8th of March 2022, the money was reversed back to my account, that's 20 days later.

To my greatest surprise on the 24th of March 2022, I was debited again of #10,000 and when I complained online the bank said the money was reversed that I successfully withdrew the money. Am still asking How?

I further told the bank to obtain CCTV footage from the ATM but I was told I would have to get it myself.

E no go better for this bank unless my money is refunded because I will not waste my time dragging for money I received.

I have attached few photos to confirm certain things. Let this go viral.
