I hate individuals who argue for the sake of hearing themselves.

Then leave the platform
It's not compulsory to comment if you can't back it up

When we say restructure, we propose for the autonomy of regions- and the empowerment of geo - zones.

Name one state that is not autonomous
Now look who is using big words just to hear himself?

When a region like the Niger-delta is allowed to manage their resources themselves,

How is it their resources
Why is not the west African resources
Or the local govt resources or even just the ward resources? Resources ain't yours if you can't defend it. Nigeria defended it.
It's Nigeria's resources
How have they managed the 13% (by their fruits we shall know them. ND is one of the most mismanaged places on earth and no amount of resource control will change it)

and only pay tributaries to the center, no governor of a terrorist ravished state will buy expensive SUVs for his traditional rulers instead of equipping his security forces to rid his state of terrorism.

Zimbabwe and even smaller countries do such, don't flatter yourself
The current feeding-bottle arrangement produces lazy and incompetent leaders.

When a poor state like zamfra is left to fend for itself with no monthly allocation from the delta in-sight, the governor will jave no choice but to look inward for revenue generation.

Get sense zoombie
why aren't ND looking inside. If oil finish today will they not look inside also.?
