It should be free with atleast a PhD certificate. To serve should be free, when you expect someone to pay before serving you, he will be forced to steal to recover the huge amount he paid. This begets corruption.. It's time we allow only highly educated individuals to handle the affairs of the most populous black nation. No more dimwits..we don't want one step forward and 8 steps backward. |
