It'd be better they use me for rituals, and give part of the money to my mum. What am I living for?

Shaking my head
I think you should find something that will keep you busy either you get a job or find a physical skill to learn. Your mom might be going through a lot. There is something called transfer aggression, maybe she is passing the anger she have to your Dad on you. You should pray too, I believe your mom will come around.

You better realize and understand that only you can make yourself happy. Get to the point that no one in this world can be responsible for your happiness and you will surprise yourself.

Leave your mum with her issues. Not everyone was made to have children but Nigerian society forces everyone to give birth to kids they don’t have the emotional capacity to care for.

Don’t blame yourself that you cannot satisfy her, it’s not you that is the problem, it’s her! That is just who she is and if you keep trying, you will harm yourself. Some people are born defective in that way. Emotionally they are vacant. It’s a form of a mental issue to a certain extent, sorry to say. They simply cannot love anybody! So when you see someone just not being capable of love, just excuse yourself from their life or you end up hurting yourself.

In this case, it’s your mother. So you have to live with it. Just have an understanding of who she is, accept it and live to make yourself happy. I wish you the best. Sorry dear.

cry I've made so many mistakes in life. Everyday I strive to correct them, my mum hates me..even tho sometimes she says she doesn't. I disgust her (I'm not a bad girl, I've never even had fun all my life) when she looks at me sometimes she just gets upset for no reason.

I push myself every because I want to make her smile, just like every first child would. My heart is heavy, I've been suicidal for a while now. There's just one reason why I haven't given into depression..

I want to leave home, for a long time. Maybe only then will she value me just a little.

I'll like to talk to someone, Anyone

I understand how you feel. It's just a matter of time when you'll be independent. You can't live with her FOREVER. You live for yourself, practice self-love and engage yourself in other self development activities just to take your mind off what's going on between you and your mom.
