Hello guys, I wish to create a website to enable my phtotographer friends, and students in the communication department of my school to upload pictures of their works and have friends comment on them and rate it. I have thought about making it into a forum, which doesn't seem like a good idea to some friends. I'm not an expert in web design. Any suggestion and help would be very appreciated. Thanks |

You want a website similar to ratingmylooks.com. All you need to do is create a customized template that you'll integrate with a photo rating CMS. If you're a designer then you'll need me to do it for you. Drop your number or email so that I can reach you. |

@Chickss Using a forum is the altimate, because it gives all user of the department a right to post at their own time and also makes you the admin of the site, unlike cms. |
