Jaiz bank in 2003 came out with an offer of IPO shares to raise money for the bank but the recapitalisation process never allowed them to commence operations. 18 months or 2 yrs later they came up with another private placement hoping to raise enough money to meet CBN #25b and since then i am yet to hear from them.
Does anyone know what is going on with them? what are their plans of meeting the #25b mark? or have they given up?

I got their prospectus amd the issue house is fcmb capital market at broad street, i havent just gotten time to go there but sometime real soon i would.
The board of directors are prominent folks so i know all is under control
