I visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday, (Friday, 13th May, 2022) to felicitate with him and also as part of the wider consultations with critical stakeholders in search of lasting peace and security in the South East.

He was in very high spirits and we had quality and frank discussion in a very convivial atmosphere. He expressed sadness over what he described as “sacrilegious killings” of innocent persons, kidnappings and all forms of criminalities, including the brutal enforcement of the senseless “sit at home” perpetuated by sundry groups claiming to be acting for or on behalf of IPOB. He assured that if the opportunity arises, he will be glad to personally broadcast to his followers to maintain the peace.

Together, we shall restore peace, security and prosperity in Anambra and the Southeast.

It is well indeed!

If good state governors would emerge in some states, those states can go far better than the other states and even exceed the progress (and the economy) of all the other remaining states of the country put together...
Literally speaking, it would then become that the economy of such states are greater than the economy of NIGERIA..

This is what Soludo should have done earlier before making his ill informed broadcast about the sit at home that nearly unraveled his governorship the very first week in office. He obviously didn't rate IPOB then and it backfired. His advicers were playing to the gallery. Taking time to appreciate the fact that the majority of the people that elected him also support Kalu should have been the first step to follow. You were elected to represent the masses and not some bunch of arrogant and highly opionated section of the population, who think that they know more than everyone else. Everybody knows that the sit at home is biting the economy of the South East very badly, but at the same time, it's imperative to remember that it was put in place for a very honourable reason.

and even during Nnamdi kanus court case. Most of all this people
saying sit at home don't even do business in the east. Or Abia and
Anambra where the main business is in east. These people are

don't even observe sit at home Monday. Atleast Nigeria will know how
serious it is. But we join hands in killing our economy in the east and
