This is why you have INSURANCE! They can bill whatever they want but your insurance company already negotiated the price with them, even if they sent $4000, if the negotiated price is $20 then that is all they are legally allowed to charge for that service. The bigger problem here is that most people are either on high deductible insrance plans or have no insurance. In such cases, I sorry sorry o.......
