The hospital charged for emotional/behavioral assessment.
If the hospital did not attend to the lady's emotional expression, and complications later developed, the brother would probably complain that the hospital ignored her emotional state, or did not examine or assess her properly.

I consider the "invasion" of Somalia one of the most selfless actions ever taken by the US. There was simply nothing to gain for the US except end the anarchy that gripped the country after the fall of the Siad Barr government.

President George Bush Snr entry into Somalia occurred after losing the US election. There was no oil or economic resource to exploit In the country. It was and is still, very poor.

Sadly, the US could not bring peace to the country. George Bush thought he could tame the warlords but it learnt otherwise. It could have achieved more seating the warlords down and letting them hammer peace between themselves as what done with Bosnia. Also, the US should have dropped some carrots for the warlords i.e dropping juicy dollars to each warlord in exchange for peace. It would be far cheaper than an invasion. Anyway, it wasn't an invasion. It was more like a containment force.
