good morning all, please who knows the test format of uba. i have a test today by 2pm. i submitted my cv at thier abuja office about six months ago.

Its 50 questions, 25 maths, 20 English and 5 current affairs.
Read Gmat, concentrate on Antonyms and synonyms, then normal O'level maths.
English is from Gmat, includes essay etc, logical reasoning etc.
Current affair etc, UBA GMD, CHAIRMAN, UN Secretary Gen. Uba lapel is gotten from what? (ans is mustard seed).
Wish u luck, read wide though.

i work wit Sterling they pay better than UBA, Their pay is 142k. But they may push u 2 marketing it depends, not in all cases.

Thanks alot. Please can you shed more light on their full staff welfare? Also are their upfront packages and any added incentive?

i dont have any idea on the pay pack nor on the welfare package of these two banks but with my experience in the banking industry, as a staff of First bank (the big one) i can tell you that you can never compare UBA with sterling bank. There is no yard stick for that. UBA is better than sterling by far.Things may be hard as an experience hire who is joining either of the banks from another place but certainly not the entry level staffs. Marketing in UBA can equally not be better in sterling. Abeg dont mind the critics join UBA you have more prospects there than sterling.

My dear, i have gone thru all the processes with both of them but they are still yet to call me and yes i know the topic have been here for a while, but u know this is Nigeria my dear.
After UBA exam and interview u will be called for Medicals and then training, their pay is 106k for Entry level and 126k after confirmation, which is 6months to 1yr.
Thou am praying for another one at the moment.

Just read your GMat. Then also have an idea bout current affairs, e.g. Who's d senate president, when was nations/africans cup played and in which country, Who's Bank PhB's MD(sounds strange for UBA, right?)
The test is simple: Maths, English and Current Affairs. Maths is 20 questions, English is 20 questions, Current Affairs is 10 questions.

I served with UBA i know it's 106,000 NGN for Executive trainee and 126,000 when you are confirmed after like 6months to one year.
UBA doesn't really send every Bsc to marketing, it just depends plus they don't give any targets like you stated.
Please i need sterling bank info.

my brother i will advice u investigate and knw more abt UBA, as long as U are a BSc graduate u must be posted 2 marketing, @least since jan 2013 dat has bn d case, dat is y dey keep on recruiting every month cos dey need marketers.
