House, please I need a candid advice; Don't mind my ignorance please, please. Are there complications when one updates his records with kcc cos I plan to send update of my new baby arriving in July to kcc. Right now, I am having double mind, whether to hold on with my forms to kcc until baby arrives or whether to mail it next week and up date later. Please, respond to this particular question if you have the experience: Are there complications when you send update to kcc. Will they match my update with my previous submission in good time without hassles? Are we to assume that they are very efficient because their instructions clearly stated that if you have any additional baby, you can send updates. Is it just wise to wait for baby to be born and send all once, so that there is no story OR I am just thinking like a Nigerian where things don't work: being paranoid, pessimist and cynical about their instructions. What does KCC mean when they say return completed forms as quickly as possible due to limited visas?

@ifeanyi, There is no complication at all. I waited for my baby to come during my own time to make things easy for me dats why i advised you to wait so that you can add a copy of your baby birth certificate and send along with your forms to KCC ,you will also fill forms for the baby too.
As for KCC limited visas,dont let that affect you all. Nigeria has never exhausted its quota before since DV lottery started in the 90s.The highest recorded so far was in 2011 set and it remained about 400 for it to get exhausted then. If you are sending the forms before the baby comes, i would advise you fill the forms correctly and also attach a written note to KCC telling the about your baby coming.

from this instance ,OLU is the family name. And her maiden name is MUSA. you applied with Olu Ade Fejiro. I believe you still need to use her maiden name ( Musa Ade Fejiro ) for two reasons. 1. Because of her WACE and 2. the question ( what is your maiden name ) in the form you will fill to proof her former name and she owns the result. I have removed almost a page of posts containing insults, edited some and everybody have moved on apart from you, you insulted people as much as they insulted you, why have you brought this issue back after what happened yesterday? Is it possible for an applicant to attend his interview before finishing his medicals?This is because time caught us short and we could raise the money just time when we are going to the interview?
Money was got 2 days to the interview.
So can the interview be attended to while finishing the medicals later?
This is to avoid rescheduling visa appointment date.

sir you have a point with you argument since her maiden name must appear in the change of name document. Infact am also confuse , i suggest you seek the advice of professional travelling agent that specialised in DV lottery.

Ur case is very risky o.u shldnt av waited 4all the money 2come b4 doin medicals moreover the embassy warned that we shld start early.the embassy said u must appear even though ur medicals aint ready.pls is ur interview?

@ nery4u. What you are doing at present (NYSC) IS your job. If you are serving as a teacher. Tell them you are a teacher but under NYSC. Go with every documents (not nysc i'd alone include call off letter even if na photocopy, amongst other) to proof you are a youth corps. Prepare answer for question like this . How did you take care of your family since you were schooling when you married ? To answer this, it will be easy if your wife was/is working, if you are doing a part time job/business in school. If you are from a weathy family . Just proof how you manage to support your family, be honest.

Have a problem, She did her high school in 1978, but [b]was not [/b]a sucessfull one, but she has 12 years work experience at a hotel and worked as an Event Manager for 3 years at the same hotel. She has completed a Hotel Management Graduate programe. and a Hotel operations program course at the hotel it self. She quit working in 2010. Do u think She can have a sucesfull interviwe coz she dont have a high school diploma? Is there anything we can do.I Permanent residing in USA and she'll be staying with me if she gets the visa. I really need some help guys
